I am deeply honored to introduce myself as a senior Congress worker with over 35 years of unwavering commitment to the principles and ideologies of the party. I am a candidate aspiring to represent the prestigious Bangalore Central Constituency in the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections 2024.
My journey in politics has been a lifelong dedication to inclusive and secular governance. The Congress party has been more than a political affiliation, a guiding light to me shaping my convictions and actions.
As the Chief Editor of the Urdu Newspaper, “Daily Pasban,” I’ve used the power of the written word to consistently highlight the Congress party’s policies, programmed and inclusive ideology. This has played a pivotal role in retaining the loyalty of our voters to the party.
My commitment extends beyond the editorial desk. I’ve toured different parts of Karnataka, connecting with people from all walks of life and forging meaningful relationships built on trust and confidence.
During my tenure as the Ex-General Secretary of Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) and Chairman of the Minority Department, KPCC (two terms), I have received accolades for bridging the gap between minorities and Congress, and reaffirming our party’s commitment to inclusive.
Active affiliations with social welfare and wakf organizations keep me grounded and directly connected with grassroots communities. Serving as the President of Dargah Hazrath Khawaja Gareeb Nawaz, Ajmer, has strengthened my commitment to communal harmony and social welfare.
I have warm relationships with leaders from diverse religious faiths, and their blessings have helped me move forward and develop the true spirit of secularism in terms of respect for all religions and human beings.
